The image above is Synergy's internal attendance system called Synergy Business Suite (SBS). SBS was built in early 2019, just as the pandemic started. SBS could be accessed via phone or personal computer.
There are a few functions in SBS, as follows:

• Check-in and check-out in the office, specified location, or everywhere.
• Adjustable geolocation tagging with GPS.
• Check-in with or without a photo.
• My calendar (employee self-services to see the detail of their attendance).
• Timesheet.
• Dynamic org chart.
• Corporate announcement.
• Dashboard and reporting.
• Leave and travel arrangement.
